After my wife passed away, I decided I needed to sell our home. I needed some assistance in trying to sell it after my wife had been gone for about two years. Up to that point, I had not been physically and emotionally up to the preparation needed. I did not know where to begin.I called Kathy with Spotlight Stagers and she went through the house and prepared a list of suggestions of things that would help sell the house. The initial list was one and one-half pages long. Her ideas were excellent, from removing clutter of magazines and papers I had been keeping to some needed painting and trimming of shrubs around the house and pool. As I would get some things done, Kathy would come by to review the progress and make additional suggestions.She is an exceptionally innovative and industrious individual. Her background in marketing and presentation enabled us to present a property for sale that was, indeed, a paradise. I still retain copies of the brochures and fliers which she prepared. As a side note, I received numerous offers and finally accepted one for $8000 more than I was expecting. I attribute this to the wonderful eye for beauty and detail which Kathy provided.
