Spotlight Stagers began as an additional service to the founder's real estate clients. (Our founder is a licensed real estate Broker with nearly a decade of real estate experience.) But, it was not until she staged a client's house, and as a result it went under contract after only:

that she decided to pursue this FUN and exciting profession on a full time basis. Our stagers have all worked hard to receive their Certified Stager Specialist designations. The training they receive is under Barbara Jennings. This training and certification process 'sets the bar' in the staging industry. Other certificates are handed out after sitting 3 days in a seminar. Not this one! To earn the designation, after much reading and studying and doing, our stagers have to complete a 72-question written essay exam. In addition, they also have to go and solely complete several staging projects, taking before and after photos, then create a portfolio of these projects explaining what and why things were done.
