I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job you did on my DC
property.  As you know there were many other homes on the market on my block
and having my property staged really made it stand out.  There was a lot of
traffic during the first week on the market, which was very critical to the
sale.  Ultimately, I received four offers on my property, two of them being
for the full asking price.  We even continued to receive additional interest
in the property after it went under contract.  I think it was no coincidence
that the property with all the "action"  also happened to be the one that
was professionally, tastefully, and artistically staged.  If you ever have
anyone on the fence about staging, please have them contact me.  Again,
