Design Fees
Initial Premiere Consultation Fee -$175- for in home consult to assess project and meet with clients; discuss project priority, time frame, and budget; analyze and determine clients theme for the home as well as inventory items to be utilized in the project.

Hourly Design Programming Fee -$80 / hour, Credited toward purchase- programming consists of drafting and space planning when necessary, furniture and fabric selections, researching materials for project specified as the priority by client at initial consult. Designer to estimate billable hours to client during initial consult prior to starting the programming process.

Retainer Fee - extensive projects such as new construction, project management, and remodeling to be charged on a retainer basis based upon scope of the project. Quoted by designer based on either square footage or time required at the job site.
