"I first met Lori when she was making the Domestic Violence Shelter a safe, inviting and healing place to stay and work. Then, she took on our offices at the State Attorney's Office. What a daunting task to make that place warm! I was just so impressed with her knowledge, energy, and creativity that I invited her into my home.

My young son and I had moved into the house because of the death of my husband. I did not want to be there. I did not feel comfortable there. There was some real bad energy in me and in the house. Lori came into my home and took the time to get to know us and our spirits. She carefully and professionally explained how I could warm up the house. We followed her every detail and lived and healed in the house for more than four years.

So, it only made sense that when I was able to build my own home, one of my first calls was to Lori. But, I threw her a curve, the house would be in Indiana! She gladly responded to my request, and took an inventory of what we wanted from our new home. She met with me at my office and poured over the plans for the house. She suggested pages of wonderful ideas. I am now in the process of making my dream home a positive, powerful reality.
