Let me introduce myself. I am Lauren Smith, a certified member of the Interior Refiners Network® (IRN).

Your Space Refined, LLC is my business and passion. I created the business in 2007 for the purpose of making creative and affordable interior design solutions accessible to anyone. I believe the spaces we live and work in should be both beautiful and functional. I truly believe that, "If you can imagine it, you can live it". My passion is to share this belief with each of my clients.

To share my passion, during each interior refinement consultation, I not only improve the aesthetics of your room, but help you learn the basics of good design, empowering you to feel confident in your design choices now and in the future.

I began my design career by earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Wayne State University. Throughout my experience as a traditional interior designer, I knew that great design could be accessible to anyone on any budget. Further training and certification with the Interior Refiners Network® (IRN) has reinforced this view and provided me the tools and techniques to bring you affordable design solutions
