First Impresions Home Staging and Design   Our Services Include: Estimates / Staging Quote:  Estimates are FREE after a visit to the property is complete.  This includes a price and general outline of what will be done in the home.   Written Consultation / Report:This works great for those who prefer to do the hands-on work themselves but want a written, detailed plan to follow (most used for occupied homes) •Whole House Report - $135.00    Basic redesign Using Existing Furniture & Decor / Recommendations Only:  $15.00 per room  (We walk through each room together while you take notes for changes to be made.)   Redesign / Services & Placement:  Fee will be based on estimate after initial visit to the home.  Estimates are free!   Full Service Stage:  For those that would like all Staging Services provided for them: Model Homes: This will include Furniture & Decor Rental & Placement, Window Treatments (if desired), and De-staging. Occupied and/or Older Homes: This will include, as needed, De-cluttering, Cleaning, (inside & out), Curb Appeal, Painting, Ordering Services for Major Up-dating and Repair Projects and Enhancement with Existing, purchased and/or Rented Furnishings and Decor.
