Consultation for “The Do It Yourself Home Seller”: This service begins with initial consultation and walk thru beginning curbside. This way we can give an assessment of what should be done to present your home in the most positive way and sell it faster. We will spend 2-3 hours with you and preferably your realtor, detailing what staging needs to be implemented. We will view your home from a buyer’s prospective and accent the home’s best features and downplay any challenges. This service is for the home seller who wants to do the staging themselves. We will leave them with an extensive detailed report for all action to be taken. Full Staging: Let us do the work for you! The Staging Concepts & Redesign consultants will work from a detailed plan to transform every room in your home. We can offer limited service staging or full service staging depending on what is necessary to present your home to potential buyers at its finest; accentuating the positives and downplaying any challenges. In most cases, we can turn it into a showroom in a day!Redesign: This service is not preparing the property for sale but enhancing and giving your home a fresh and updated look. This is accomplished by new paint color selections, rearranging furniture, artwork, accessories, reorganization of certain areas etc. We have been trained to provide expert placement design strategies to make the most of your space, to feature architectural elements and arrange rooms for optimum beauty and function. Usually this service can be completed in a day and requires minimal time and effort from the homeowner.
Vacant Home Staging: Only 10% of home buyers can visualize the potential of a home, therefore a STAGED HOME is a SOLD HOME! We offer vacant staging with monthly rental furniture as well as complete accessorizing emphasizing the major areas of the home i.e. entry, living room, dining room, family room, kitchen, baths, master bedroom. We spend at least a day to insure a smooth delivery as well as the complete staging so potential buyers can have a frame of reference as to how their own furniture would fit into the space and how they can imagine themselves living there.

Consultation fees for the “do it yourself” homeowner vary from $250-$450 depending on square footage + $35 for a detailed report. This service usually takes 1 ½ to 3 hours with 3 hrs. being an average.
Staging fees range from $350-$450 for an average 3 bedroom 2 bath home increasing as square footage increases and whether it is a full staging job. Fee to be quoted upon initial visit.
Redesign fees range from $75-$125 per hour depending on square footage.
Vacant home fees also depend on square footage and furniture rental. Fee quoted upon initial evaluation.

REMEMBER: Consider the cost of “staging” versus the cost of your first price reduction!!!! This is not money spent but money invested. For every $100 spent on staging, some people have realized a $1,000 profit.
