Lori Kim, creator of Artful Journey Designs and Staging, has lived in Granite Bay and the Roseville area for over 40 years. While she has always been interested in the arts, home staging has become her niche and her passion.  She has a unique way of turning an average home into a show stopper. An artist and potter at heart, Lori incorporates hand-made pieces of artwork into her designs for Staging. She is a graduate of Sacramento State University with a California Teaching Credential, minors in Art and Psychology, and has 27 years of service in education.

Lori offers her clients the very latest knowledge and techniques for selling their homes for the most money and in the shortest time.  To better serve her clients, Lori keeps up-to-date with all Real Estate trends in the area.  Her team of experienced Stagers, offers a complete spectrum of expertise and referral services.  Lori also has earned the designation of an Accredited Staging Professional and has completed intensive training as a Certified Staging Professional.  "Staging is not just decorating... it is a feeling that you need to evoke to prospective buyers.  Each item has a staging purpose; to accent the home for room size, to the architecture or to draw the eye to the positives like upgrades, views, and unique features."
