The first time I come to your home, we’ll just talk.  I’ll explain some things about home staging and how it will benefit you throughout the selling process.  We’ll talk about what you can do to bring out the “buyer value” in your house.  You want a potential buyer to emotionally connect to your house and mentally picture their things in your place.

Let’s draw up a plan.

If you are “do it yourself” people, I can do a consultation.  A consultation is a detailed plan that I create for staging your house.  Every room is evaluated for positives and negatives.  Then I draw up a plan for you to follow as little or as much as you want.  The plan will include cleaning, decluttering, and rearranging what’s left to make the most of the room.  Consultations start at $175

If you need a little help or want the whole package, we’ll work for you.  We can clean, help you and your family get rid of unused items that just take up space, help you pack ahead of time, and then stage what’s left so that the house looks great to anyone that comes to see it.  I will personally work with your realtor to get his or her ideas on the most important improvements to make.  You don’t want to puts lots of money into something that you probably won’t get much return on.  Your house doesn’t necessarily have to be completely torn up and put back together again.  Each staging process will be a bit different because each home owner’s situation is unique. Cleaning and staging services start at $595 and depend on how detailed the plan is.
