HOME STAGING MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
   
Home staging is the hottest new trend in real estate.  Staging a home can help it sell faster and sometimes even for more money than those which have not been staged.  Different from designing, staging works to highlight a space and showcase its purpose in order to appeal to buyers.  That's where I come in.  Through simple updates and cost-effective decorating techniques I can stage a home to its maximum appeal potential, so as to stand out from other houses on the market.  I can work within most any budget to make your space shine.  I offer consulting with a written report on a room-to-room basis of tasks to tackle in order to stage the space.  I also offer hands-on staging, where I perform those tasks.  If you feel as though your home could use my expertise to get it sold, contact me!

HOME STAGING
Staging a home can be as simple as rearranging furniture and removing personal keepsakes, or it can be as time consuming as removing wallpaper or putting a fresh coat of paint on the walls.  To stage a home I offer two types of services:

1. Consultation appointments - In one hour or less, I walk around your home either taking pictures or making sketches, and take down notes.  This process takes about one hour, depending on the size of your home/number of rooms in need of staging.  After I leave, I will refer to the pictures/sketches to develop a written report on a room-by-room basis, pointing out what tasks need to be completed in order to stage each room perfectly.  I will offer my opinion as to any colors, accessories, etc., that should be used.  

2. Hands-on Staging - I will return to your home, after the consultation and written report have been completed, and perform the tasks that were included in your report.  This typically involves shopping for products, accessories and/or renting furniture.  Keep in mind however, that I am very creative with ways to save money, and can stick to a budget.  I can transform a space with minimal funding.    

DECORATING
Aside from staging a home, I am also a professional decorator.  I often work with clients who are not selling their home, but need guidance to fill their space with the right accessories and color in order to achieve a "look" they are going for.  I have an eye for design, and love the opportunity to make a house a home, as the saying goes.  Call me to set up an appointment.

ORGANIZING
Organizing a space and finding a place for everything often becomes one of those things that gets shoved to the side for a rainy day.  After a while things tend to build up, and it can get overwhelming.  I can offer my expertise in organizing a space and hiding clutter.
