Home Staging Solutions, LLC

Home Report:  This is a cost effective solution for that "do it yourself" homeowner who needs help knowing where to start.  A home visit is scheduled with the homeowner or realtor to walk through the home.  This takes approximately one to one and a half hours and an extensive written report (typically 10-12 pages) is created by area outside, and by room inside, to identify the tasks that should be completed before the property is marketed for sale.  The homeowner then has the opportunity to complete the items themselves or have Home Staging Solutions, LLC or our partners complete them.  (A Home Report is provided as a flat fee service and is typically paid for by either the homeowner or the realtor.)

Full Staging:  These services are provided either for a couple of rooms or the whole house and can be done with the homeowner's furnishings and/or ours.  All aspects of the home are considered.  Full Staging, including furniture rental, can be provided on a flat fee basis or on a hourly (staging fee)/monthly (furniture rental) basis.

• Vignettes:  A few pieces of furniture in one or more rooms are set up, such as a table and chairs in the eating area are shown as "tea for two".  This is a cost effective way to provide buyers an idea of how the room could be used and a great solution for condominium owners too!
• Vacant Homes:  Home Staging Solutions, LLC has access to all your furnishing needs for that "to die for" look in your home, including furniture, lighting, and accessories.
